Also contained in this new photograph release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying various sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
